We are enjoying our stay here in New York visiting with family and friends, going to bed way to late spending the evening hours catching up for lost time with conversation.
The Weather here has been really quite nice much cooler than Miami with a nice breeze by the lake which really feels heavenly compared to the 100 degree weather we left behind in Miami.
Adrian and I have been enjoying nice long rides on the motorcycle out on those gorgeous country roads with views of the horses nibbling the late summer grasses and sunflowers bending over from the weight of there over sized blooms.
Here are some snapshots of some of the time we have enjoyed with our family.
This is Tammie she was my bridesmaid in my wedding, I have not seen her in about 10years but such a wonderful friend I was so glad we got to spend some time together.
My nieces with Anna, it took the babies a few days to warm up to Adrian and I but I am happy to say they freely give us hugs now which we gladly except.
Capturing one of my nieces against her will so I can give her a giant hug!
Oh I guess Auntie Heather is not so bad ;D
Adrian caught one for himself!!
This is my niece Karma, I had a great day with her yesterday. Karma, Anna and I played in the beads and made some necklaces, then I got to go with Karma back to school shopping and her mother let me take her to get her ears pierced which was such a nice moment to share with her.
And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.

Dear Heather,
ReplyDeleteIt looks like a way too much fun time! I'm glad that the littles are warming up to you. I forgot to say that my girls would be so excited to be penpals with Anna! Shall we do it via email, or physical address?
Love,
Marqueta
