A Happy Father's Day to my Father and to my Husband, two very wonderful men that I have been so blessed with. My daddy lives 2000 miles away so we did not get to spend the day with him, but we did take Adrian out to lunch at one of our favorite restaurants here in Miami. It is called Lime. Very Fresh food and they even have many things that are Gluten Free. It is great to have Adrian home and we are enjoying our time with him. I am so thankful that he goes out in the world and works so hard so that our family can be safe and comfortable and fully enjoy the blessings God gives to us in the home. It is an amazing sacrifice that he makes for us. And we cherish and Love him dearly.
Here are some snap shots from our day.
I also had some time this weekend to work on a new dress for Anna which she got to enjoy today. Her bloomers looked so cute when every now and then you would see them peeking out. I noticed though I will have to make sure I leave a little more grow room in the next dress I sew for her she is just growing like a weed. I can hardly keep up!

Greetings,
ReplyDeleteGlad to know you were able to enjoy the weekend with your husband and the children with their father. Yes, we need to keep our husbands in prayer as they go out into the 'world' and work to provide for us. May God bless Adrian and give him wisdom and grace as he has dealings with many people. May the Lord keep him from temptation and encourage him by sending other mature christians on his path.
I like the scenes in the fabric you used to make Anna's dress... very lovely.
Blessings,
Mrs. Teapot
Thanks so much for the prayer for Adrian they are always much appreciated here! The fabric print on Anna's Dress I just love. We discovered it is a knock off of a Grandma Moses picture actually the one we have of the checkered house in our kitchen. That must have been why we chose the fabric and liked it so much and just did not know it at the time lol!
