We have so much going on right now we decided a Sunday ride would be a great thing for the family. So in the evening we took off to watch the sun go down over the everglades. Where we could view some wide open spaces, breathe in some fresh air, and enjoy some nature.
Here are some snapshots of the lovely views we soaked in to clear our heads!
The LORD will lead you into the land. He will always be with you and help you, so don't ever be afraid of your enemies. Deuteronomy 31:8
Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. 1Peter 5:7
Cast your burden on the Lord, and He shall sustain you; He shall never permit the righteous to be moved. Psalm 55:22
Your compassion is great, O LORD; preserve my life according to your laws. Psalm 119:156
That is an osprey nest to the right of the picture up in the tree.
Come to Me , all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Matthew 11:28
The LORD is good to all, and his mercy is over all that he has made. Psalm 145:9
Do you see the alligator?
Believe in the LORD your GOD, and you will be able to stand firm. 2Chronicles 20:20
Big enough to feed 2 people lol!
Oh come on aren't you the least bit curious as to what is on our thoughts? What do we have so much to think about? Are you wondering at all why our heads are spinning?
Well I know your never going to believe it but we got word from Adrian's work and we are moving again! How long have we been in the apartment now I think it has been 4 months lol!! We will soon be welcoming San Diego California as home. We are very excited, this is an area of the country we have not lived in and a chance to bloom some where else. All I ask is that you wake me up after we have already moved hehehe!!
So from New York, to Alaska, To New York, To Florida, and now to California.
I am sure you can only imagine what a state of whirlwind my head must be in right now lol!!
For I can do everything with the help of Christ who gives me the strength I need.

Going to the Ballet...
Adrian took Anna and I to the ballet this weekend, and we had a wonderful time. It was so much fun to get dressed up and go out. Although the main thing on Anna's mind most of the night was how much longer until she could remove her panty hose hehehehe!!
Here are some snapshots from our evening!
Getting all dressed up.
On our way.
Anna was ready to run inside with out us she was so excited.
Looking at what music we will here and what dancers we shall see.
Anna wondering how much longer till it starts?
Waiting for the curtain to go up!
Well we wish we could have taken pictures during the performance but cameras and videos were not allowed. But you can take our word for it, the ballet was wonderful and it was a lovely evening out. And Anna eventually got rid of those uncomfortable pantyhose.......I never did see where they ended up maybe she threw them out the window on the way home ehehehehehe :D
The Lord will give strength to His people; the Lord will bless His people with peace. Psalm 29:11

Here......There and Everywhere .........
The Wind
By Robert Louis Stevenson
I saw you toss the kites on high
And Blow the birds about the sky,
And all around I heard you pass,
Like ladies skirts across the grass-
O wind, a blowing all day long,
O wind, that sings so loud a song!
I saw the different things you did,
But you always you yourself you hid.
I felt you push, I heard you call,
I could not see yourself at all-
O wind, a-blowing all day long,
O wind, that sings so loud a song!
O you that are so strong and cold,
O blower are you young or old?
Are you a beast of field and tree,
Or just a stronger child than me?
O wind a-blowing all day long,
O wind, that sings so loud a song!
"Teach me your way, O Lord and
I will walk in your truth; give me an undivided heart, that I may fear your name.
I will praise you, O Lord my God, with all my heart; I will glorify your name forever." Psalm 86:11-12

Paints and Potatoes !!
We are digging back into the artsy things our family loves. We have been painting and we also made some clay furniture for Anna's Little Nature Cottage.
Here are some snapshots of the furniture we made for the cottage. The next step will be to paint it! I think Hazelnut the rabbit is very pleased with his new furniture, you can see the smile on his face!
We used Crayola Air Dry clay to make the furniture you can purchase this at walmart and it is a wonderful inexpensive clay that is great for children.
Our family stumbled upon an old art book this week that we just love!
This is not your ordinary potato stamping book. In this book you will find all sorts of inspiration and instructions for simple to very complex designs. All made with potatoes now how fun does that sound!!
I decided to work on a tree I wanted a piece of art for the new room in Children's Church. And Noah decided to add some texture to a rock in a picture he was working on using the potatoes.
Here are some snap shots of potato printing!
And then there is Liam. He loves to let us know how different he is from the rest of the Watts clan;D He really isn't, he just expresses himself differently. Liam is super independent and always has been but I try to encourage him to find his own thing to do and just to do it along side us so we are all still sharing our time together as a family!
Liam found a place to draw!
And he made a super wonderful comic book character called Hydroman!
And Anna is painting a Dolphin
Here is the verse that I included on my painting although on my painting of course I wrote the chapter and verse backwards and had to go back and fix it lol!
"I am the vine and you are the branches. If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit: apart from me you can do nothing." John15:5
Have a Blessed week Love The Watts Family!!

New Loch Ness Sighting
Well we thought we had seen the Loch Ness Monster in our lake again, but it turned out to be the Ahinga bird. This is such a fun bird to watch they love to dive under the water and you never know where they will pop up again. Then of course they also look very lovely when they spread out their wings to dry.
We found this picture on the Internet since we did not have a snapshot of the bird we saw out of the water.
We have been able to fit Art into school again which is a blessing. School had been down to the basics since my teeth had been pulled so we have been playing catch up with all the subjects we really love like Spanish, art, music, and nature study.
We tend to do art all the time but I do like to purchase a program also to keep us focused on particular skills for the children to develop. This year we are using Rod and Staff again, and the program is called Art with a purpose. Noah is learning how to shade with Art pens. And Liam and Anna are continuing with there shading skills as well!
This is a piece Noah worked on with his art pens. The project was an outline of the picture and he had to fill in all the shading.
Adrian purchased helmets for the boys this weekend they went out for the first time on Adrian's motorcycle which they were extremely excited about. I do not think it was possible for their smiles to get any bigger!
Noah with his Dad! He gets the first ride.
Liam gets his turn!
Last but not least we have a new pet in our household. Anna has a hamster named CoCo. He or She I am not sure which? is very cute although very loud at night when it likes to run crazy on that silly hamster wheel.
We took some video and set up a Hamster Cam so you can check CoCo out and see just how cute this little hamster is!
Here is a quote from Thelma Wells on the study of contentment in our lives that I thought was very good and would like to share.
"Because we live in a fallen world, we will experience negative in our lives. Heartache and disappointment will come our way. We experience "STUFF" we don't deserve, don't want, and can't send back, It's ours. But thanks be to God, nothing happens in this world that He doesn't know about and that He can't handle."
Thelma Wells
Whatever stuff you have going on know that God our Heavenly Father knows every little detail about it! There is not much we alone can do with our stuff! But once God gets his hands into that stuff we can believe just what the bible says "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose." Romans 8:28
So if your clinging to some things this week that are leaving you feeling discontent go ahead and hand it over to the Lord. And put a smile on your face, something good is going to happen!
1 Chronicles 16:34
"Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good;
his love endures forever."
Matthew 13:23
"But the one who received the seed that fell on good soil is the man who hears the word and understands it. He produces a crop, yielding a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown."
